My Story

Following a 30+ year career in advertising sales for leading publications in Washington, DC, and Greenville, SC, I returned to my South Carolina roots to enjoy the emerald waters and majestic landscape that define the Mountain Lakes Region. 

Now a full-time, multi-million dollar top-producing agent, I help clients achieve their goals through hard work, creativity, and integrity.   

Hailing from Seneca, my family moved to Alexandria, VA, just outside of Washington, DC, when I was young. After school, I built a successful advertising career, leading sales for some of the area’s most prominent publications.

In 1997, I returned home to the Upstate - literally with our boat in tow - to help lead advertising sales at the Greenville News and was later recruited to help launch the Community Journals (Greenville Journal, At Home Magazine, TOWN).

It wasn't long before we had a lot on Lake Keowee and spent weekends playing and hanging out with family and friends. We ended up building our dream home and raising our boys on the lake. They attended Oconee County public schools, went to state colleges, and are now busy professionals themselves. 

As empty nesters, we downsized a little to enjoy the lake more. That's when we moved - an interior home to start, but soon back on the water - to enjoy an active lifestyle. Soon, my passion for lake living had me swapping advertising for real estate, and Sandy Peirce & Company was born.  

What Makes Me Different?  

Experience. My background and experience are unique. With local roots, I spent 20+ years as an advertising sales executive in the Upstate, and the local relationships have served my clients well. I also have a personal lake-living journey that spans most buyer-seller scenarios. I live here, work here, and play here.

Tailored services. While each engagement is unique, there are common factors faced by phase of the real estate journey. Listening to my clients, I combine best practices and expertise to meet some of the unique phases of a real estate journey.
